About Us
We are unashamedly both an Australian and New Zealand business enterprise headquartered in New Zealand but true to the ANZAC spirit of cooperation where we are collectively as one.
We develop and commercialise our own formal IP (such as patents and trademarks) and other commercially attractive technical or engineering opportunities by applying the combined expertise of a skilled and multifunctional team of employees and associates, all with significant industrial and manufacturing experience.
Our mantra is, “It can’t be that hard!” Whilst we have hitherto worked quietly in the background we are always looking for opportunities to work cooperatively with other organisations that possess complimentary IP and/or skills and expertise.

Our Operating Structure
We all work remotely where possible (relying heavily on modern communication technology) but presently have facilities in Napier and Whangamata and a Colocation at The University of Auckland, School of Engineering, Newmarket Innovation Precinct. Whilst the group may consist of distinct corporates, in operating philosophy we are anything but. The group is divisioned by activity grouping and resources are shared and allocated to maximise productivity and group return. We live in a fast-changing world and our divisions will evolve as circumstances change
