About Us

We are an Australasian Group headquartered in New Zealand but true to the ANZAC spirit of cooperation where we are collectively as one. Our operating philosophy is simple: We are unashamedly a capitalist enterprise and the profit motive is paramount. However we believe that Private Enterprise should always have a higher ideal than just financial simply because Private Enterprise is the most effective mechanism for the creation and distribution of wealth yet to be devised. It follows that responsible Private Enterprise has a critical role to play in the orderly and fair progress of the communities within which we operate.

We develop and commercialise our own formal IP (such as patents and trademarks) and other commercially attractive technical or engineering opportunities by applying the combined expertise of a skilled and multifunctional team of employees and associates, all with significant industrial and manufacturing experience. We rely heavily on our universities to supplement our in-house skills and to inject original thought.

Our mantra is, “It can’t be that hard!” and our motto is, “ Mahi kapa - Teamwork” Whilst we have hitherto concentrated on our own projects we are always looking for opportunities to work cooperatively with other organisations that share and demonstrate the same values and possess  complimentary IP and/or skills and expertise.
